Sugar offers its products and services through one or more of the following agreements and additional terms and conditions.
Service Agreements
SugarAI’s primary subscription agreement for ordering products and services. Date 2026.03.01. Formerly Master Subscription Agreement.
IMPORTANT: If you are a customer domiciled in a member state of the EU/EEA or otherwise subject to Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 (the “EU Data Act”), then the EU Data Act Addendum also applies for eligible subscriptions (identified therein) obtained from and after September 12, 2025.
Additional terms and conditions applicable to certain Sugar products and services (including certain Sugar plug-ins and connector products).
SugarAI's agreement applicable to a prospect or customer’s use of SugarAI’s products and services on an evaluation basis.
SugarAI’s license agreement applicable to pre-release, beta and/or non-generally available Sugar products.
SugarAI’s license agreement applicable to products and services acquired via SugarOutfitters marketplace.
